I have heard that power is not a factor in FMA, you don't need it in blade work. True to some level but if all things are the same then the man in better shape will win. It has been proven time and again. All mma guy's are in shape and all SF personel are too. In all the art's i have studied this is a factor. Why not in some FMA. Instead of wrestling carabau some of instuctors look like they ate it. How can some instructors use logo's that look like Conan but they them selves look like they couldn't run a city block? I guess some arts are so advanced they don't need footwork or to be in any shape other than round. Is it me or do others see it too? Tuhon Leo is in stupid shape for a 70 year old man are you? Ben Luna Lema was a monster , GM Illistrisemo was allways lean. If a fight last longer then 15 seconds you had better be in shape or have your casket picked out and your doctor on speed dial. Discuss among yourselves.
