These workmen are installing cast-iron bollards to stop nurses from parking on the pavement outside the Royal Hospital in Belfast. They are cleaning up at the end of the day. I wonder how they got home............

Although they didn't quite look like it, my first thought was they might be retractable. But the last place I worked we had some of the type that were removable as well. It just wasn't the first thing that entered my mind.

Snopes is a good reference. I have a friend who often forwards me conservative emails. Some of the more outlandish, I check on Snopes and send to him.
