DFS restore of deleted Share

I'm running Server 2003, had some folders (Engineering,Public, etc) that were replicated over 2 server ( NET01 & NET02 ). The only thing I have left is the data that is in the Conflicts folder.....

Does anybody have any experience in re-building the shares??? I gone through several trial & error tries...but no luck...
