Just curious to see what y'all's thoughts on President Obama's SCOTUS pick, Elena Kagan, are?
From a surface glance, it seems that she's not the flaming leftist that Sotomayor is, and that she would indeed be a welcome change from the rabidly anti-gun John Paul Stevens.
Her stance on the Second Amendment looks murky, though. While I applaud her for stating that DC v. Heller is the law, and that it's established that the right of the people to keep and bear arms, is an individual one, I'm rather disappointed in her views from the past, regarding possession of a firearm in DC.
