I'm working with a new shooter who has two "club thumbs." Essentially, their thumbs are about 1/2 the normal length on both hands, and the shooter is having lots of problems loading 12 round Sig magazines. The rules of the program don't permit them to use some sort of speed loader/assist tool at this point. I've worked with them, and just can't really find a way that the shooter can do it. They can't grip the round effetively and push it down because the thumb doesn't extend out of the hand far enough, if that makes sense.
