Friend recommended this to fix some issues I'm having. First pass through it cleared out over 300 megs of orphaned drivers and bits.

Sucka is fast that's one thing I like about it. Also cleaned out nearly a Gig of crap that I wouldn't know that I had or was safe to delete. I did do a back up registry ( ) just in case I missed something that I really wanted to keep ... but I doubt it.
I recall reading about this in PC Today mag and it was recommended so thanks for bringing it up here... hopefully things will go smoother for a while...

How often would you say it be good to run this application?

I've got no idea how often, I'd hazard once a month, or quarter of if you do a lot of installs and deletions of software.
