yeah i remember them selling that thing for about 6 months then they stopped... its very similar to a kim bag... they are great for striking practice sorta like makiwara training... it would be better if it was canvas and not vynl. looks like you might be able to get that one pretty cheap...

i havent seen it......that smal bag is 9 lbs, isnt that kinda heavy for hand strikes?
