I'm really interested in learning a bit of the chinese fan. Can anybody reccommend a video with some basic skills and maybe a form or two?

There are some Choy Lay Fut dvds of the fan. I haven't seen the dvd of the fan from either of these series, but I've seen other dvds from both and would expect the fan videos to be of similar quality. The Tat Mau Wong videos are great for the $ and actually would be great even if they were priced comparably to other Choy Lay Fut dvds I've seen. The drawbacks are that they're transfers of videotapes that don't have the ease of menu choices that you get with videos made for dvd and that Wong's English is a bit difficult to understand sometimes. http://www.centuryfitness.com/webap...753&categoryId=15082&parent_category_rn=15070 The dvds from Lee Koon Hung don't have either of the drawbacks I mentioned for the Tat Mau Wong series, but they're a bit pricier(although still reasonable compared to many other martial arts dvds.) http://www.leekoonhungkungfu.com/supplies.html I think there's also a Doc Fai Wong fan video, but I'm not familiar with his tapes or dvds.
