Okay I got this book a little while ago and stayed up alot of the night to look through it. As books go it is a little pricey at $75 but worth every penny. Clear and concise photos with Helio Gracie demonstrating every technique. I am guessing that he was in his late 80's at the time of the photos so that is even cooler. Topics covered include : Self Defense - Standing defenses from the front and behind. Weapon defenses, The Mount, The Guard, The Side Mount, The Back Mount, The Gracie Diet.
This book is definately a keeper and if you are interested in BJJ it is almost a must have. Hope that helps.
