I have 3 different sizes. A 36" long x 14" dia., a 42" long x 12" dia. and a free standing bag that is 72" long includung the base x 16" dia. If you just want one bag you can't go wrong with a tear drop heavy bag. They are 36" long x 14" dia. and you can practice clinch, knees, elbows, kicks and any technique you can think of. Typically they range anywhere from 60lbs to 100lbs. A very versatile bag. There are so many to choose from.
