Doubtful...but I suppose anything is possible. IF that were the case, we'd see higher incidents of Autism in January births in urban areas near lots of industry (for the toxins to get int o the rain...January being about 9 months away from April where rainfall tends to be heavy. That would be preety stable throughout the country...not just the pacific northwest.
In any event, these things don't help with where money should be going...to effective treatments and methods of earlier idenitification (which provides for earlier intervention)./
