Anyone seen this 1972 movie called Hapkido?

Stars Sammo Hung and Angela Mao. The plot revolves around Hapkido practitioners who have returned from (Japanese colonized)Korea to Kuomintang-ruled China.

I have yeah, though not in decades. It was just part of my unhealthy obsession with martial arts films at a particular time in my life. I understand Sammo did actually have a background in hapkido. I imagine Angela Mao Ying did as well.

Angela Mao, to get ready for the film went to south Korea and trained hapkido for 18 months alongside martial arts masters, eventually earning a black belt (some reports cite a 2nd or 3rd-dan) in Hapkido

Sammy Hung trained hapkido extensively with Master Ji Han-Jae in South Korea, eventually earning his black belt.

And I just found out that Jackie Chan has a black belt in hapkido he trained with Grandmaster Jin Pal Kim

That's interesting. So what was her background prior to this, if you don't mind my asking? Despite reading an unhealthy number of books on HK action cinema back in the day, I know very little about Angela Mao.
