Thanks for that ATC, that was good to watch. We do a sort of tag team thing where you get 4 people (1 on each corner of a pretty small square) and 1 in the middle. When the instructor gives the command one of the 4 on the corners can yell "me" and run in and attack the guy in the middle, and whenever the instructor yells "change" (which varies in time from 10 seconds to 2 minutes) another one of the 4 can yell and swap but the original guy has to stay in the ring the whole time, so its always one on one but the attacker changes randomly. Its great fun, great cardio for the guy in the middle, good practice fighting while very fatigued, and keeps everyone on their toes. Usually it becomes quite tactical because any of the 4 can jump in in any order so its very random the angles you get attacked from, and the length of the round changes each time also, which keeps it interesting.
