Sorry, but I found this thread a little late. Here's a "for what it's worth".
I trained under Jim Green from the '89-'90 timeframe till the '96-'97 timeframe. Up to my first black belt, no mention of anything other than Kenpo and some Shorin-Ryu was discussed. We learned SOME Aikido to supplement our Kenpo as well as some Dillman related techniques, but there was never any mention of Kajukenbo at all from my recollection. All of my certifications (including 2 black belts) say Kenpo, and that's it.
When I started training there, I asked to see the head instructors certificates and any other documentation, and Jim Green produced very credible documents that were later confirmed by third parties. From what I recall, all of these were Kenpo documents. I believe there were a few other documents and belt ranks, but none that I recall were Kajukenbo.
I can only speak for myself and what I saw/learned there. Maybe this helps.
