I remember watching this quite some time ago. I never really thought about it, is there enough substance in this video for someone to tell me what style of MA he may be trained in? Thanks!

Yep. That's Leung Ting lineage "WT" Wing Tsun (Note the barely visible "WT" logo on their pants). Also, they are wearing the standard "Techician" rank uniforms which is used in WT for the ranks equivalent to 1st through 4th level "black belt" in Japanese/Korean arts. WT Master-level "Practicians" have a much wider red stripe bordering the black.

Now I have no idea why they seem to be moving their hands so slowly. I prefer to practice at full speed. LOL
