    It has hundreds of techniques, some overkill, but I like it. I started out in Tracy Kenpo, then EPAK and now anything that has the word kenpo/kempo in it. :) The basics and SD techniques are obviously similar to EPAK. I love it all!

    I thought it was fairly easy to learns once you pick up the fundamentals (that was back in my teenage days)

    No, it is not that difficult to learn. But you have to do it. Kenpo is not the type of art you can pick up going to class once or twice a month.123
