Just based on affiliation, looks legit to me. But I am not a Judoka, I am doing the same research you could be doing. Look at the instructors on the website, and then check it against this:

***Full Disclosure*** I am not a Judoka. I don't put all my stock in a website. Granted, this one is about a basic as you get. It appears they really cater to kids and not so much to adults so make certain the environment is what you are looking for.
By all means, check it out. Audit a few free classes (usually free) and see what you think.
