However, I would never recommend to anyone to work out when they are sick. Just rest up and get better. (that's what my Doc say's anyway)
apparntly tour doctor does not owna school sometime we must lead to be the man, today I feel more like a little kid witha stomach ache.

Been there... if it's what I had (high fever, then sinus problems) drink a lot of liquids (no, not alcohol... sorry) and sleep a lot; that's what did it for me. Feel better soon!I'm feeling sick as a dog
