Since I work nights, I'm awake while you're asleep, so I can easily get on top. In other words,

resistance is futile...
 
Just let another photographer know about what looks like a blatant violation of his copyright. Best part is it's an attorney doing it... Talk about balls.

It's usually the attorneys who breske the law most thoroughly and flippantly.

I've seen it a few times. Half the copyright cropped out. watermark in place from doing a right-click save on IStock.

Penny stock art's a couple bucks a pop. The fine is $25,000 per for willful violation (which editing out watermarks and cropping without permission is).

Save a buck, lose a house. Not smart IMO.
