I've seen it a few times. Half the copyright cropped out. watermark in place from doing a right-click save on IStock.
Penny stock art's a couple bucks a pop. The fine is $25,000 per for willful violation (which editing out watermarks and cropping without permission is).
Save a buck, lose a house. Not smart IMO.
