Spinning Twist Kick?

    Is there such thing as a spinning twist kick? I was watching this video, and it looks like a spinning twist kick at about 1:08, but I have never seen that before. Maybe it would have been a spinning hook or crescent kick and he just didn't finish it...not sure. Thanks!

    Yes it does look like a spinning twist kick. My instructor once told me he was hit by one from a guy with incredible flexibility.

    I am trying to get with both legs let alone a spin

    Looked like a modified hook kick. He kicked where he ended up in relation to the other guy.

    Looks to me like a hook kick, but it's pulled, since finishing it would be impossible in this sort of no contact training. His foot was somewhat toes up, but that could also easily be because of the need to prevent contact.

    Yes, there is.

    Spinning twist kick is very powerful.

    I also practice jump spinning twist.123
