I thought he got booted off MT:idunno:
Yes Sir he did, along with his brother.
Reading the above the question I have to ask you is just how much PROVEN street fighting experience do you have. I ask because Marc MacYoung, a person I have met who has proven experince in surviving dealy encounters outside the ring, has written the following on his web site at www.nononsenseselfdefense.com.
So you see Mr Tew, when I look at what you write and what an experienced person like MacYoung talks about, I can't help but walk away with the impression that your knowledge and experience with actual violence and not something in a ring is very low. I owuld appreciate it if you can answer my question by pointing me to some source I can verify for myself to counter this impression. If you cannot show such proof because it does not exist, I hope you will acknowledge it rather than ignoring this thread after you promised to respond to questions posed to you.
Rick Tew has not visited this board, even to lurk, since his lead advertisement at the top of this thread on February 18th. He may be back one day, but, I doubt it.
I signed up for a six month program at the end of 2014 and still never got any training. So what's gonna be done about that??
This thread is 11 years old, I'm not sure what answer you think you will get now. Why don't you head across to the 'meet and greet' section, introduce yourself then start a new thread with your question and perhaps someone will be able to help.
Seek legal options. Demand a refund. Of course, at nearly 2 full years gone, your options may be notably curtailed.
I still have four months before the two years is up. Not sure what difference that'll make.
Did you pay?
Unfortunately I did. I even archived the email receipts. Know of a lawyer I can show them too if I don't get that training?
Have you had any contact with him? It appears that he is active on his Facebook page.
I just checked out his website. OMG.
There are various rules and laws about how much time you have to allege a failure to perform or provide the service or otherwise seek a refund or court relief in a civil matter. Since they can be different in different states, you really need to contact an attorney for legal guidance.
Of course, you could try to contact the company and see what they have to say...
I don't think I've had contact with Tew since October of last year. I even tried to get in touch several times. I'll try one more time and even visit the so called training site in Asheville NC. If I don't get anywhere with that I will seek legal action.
Let him know legal action is your next step. It just might get his attention, and save you some attorney fee's.123
