My name is Kel and I've only taken a few Karate classes as a child. Though in the new year my partner and I are wanting to get into Parkour.
My main reason for wanting to get into any kind of MA is health. Everything but my mid section has been toned up due to having a dog (I have a Great Dane, hence the name!) but that stubborn middle fat just won't let go!
I decided on Parkour because it looks like a great workout and a lot of fun!
So any tips or training suggestions I'm happy to accept to prepare for entering into the fun and exciting world of Parkour!
