    I enjoyed the book. I have never trained in Kajukenbo, and really most of what I knew about it came from the show Fight Quest. My favorite chapter was "the grandmasters speak", it was interesting to see how they each responded to the same questions. It was interesting how many of them view kata training as very important, that's not something you see that often in very self defense oriented arts.
