How often does your TKD schoo;l work on low kicks for SD and what type of low kicks do you work on regularly and which ones do you wish you would work on more often

I would say front kick to the groin and side kick to the knee are the ones we do the most. Both of them we'll do every time we work on any kick (usually we'll do a couple set of low ones, then a set or two of high ones, depending on who is in class).
Those two make the most sense for me for SD, but maybe only because those are the ones we work on the most...
