What do you mean by universal forms?

Hector, what association/school are you with. I got my copy of the Universal forms from the AKTS Membership Director, Scott Johnson. I am not sure if these are propriatory or not, so you may want to visit AKTS.us and email Mr. Johnson.

A group of schools up in the East uses the "Universal Forms." They are sort of compulsory tournament forms. They are usually associated with Amerikick, and several kenpo schools have adopted them for tournament use.
