I've seen that a few times in the past. As then, my response is: "I don't know what he said to her, but he probably won't say it again" 
and i thought my knees were good!
It was an impressive knee strike. (whether it was warranted or not we will never know)

Nice self defense demo they were working on. Knee was nice but not real. Look at the mat they had set up for him to take a fall on. All staged stuff.
