My name is Burnerbob and am returning to martial arts training after 25 year lay-off due to a freak accident. Stuying Kenpo now, was trained in GoJu and Tang Soo Do

Nice to meet you Burnerbob. Sorry to hear about the accident, hope you will enjoy your trainings and that you are doing well now. I also return to MA after 12 years because of several circumstances, would love to know from you how it is going.
