My library is having an exibition of framed photos from patrons in October.

I am kicking a few ideas around of what I want to present.
(I promise I will upload some pictures tomorrow morning, tonight I am drained...did well all day on 4 hours of sleep and coffee and energy drinks...but now I am paying)

I guess i should ask the guy I captured in one of the shots if he minds (the melancholic look he's sporting might wreck his reputation ;)) or the lady who owns the yard I took some pictures in?

I still got plenty of clouds and stuff...purple skies and such....

Of course, gotta see if they translate when I have them blown up....

Excellent picture {094.jpg} of that ripple from above, Gran! Took me a minute to figure out what I was seeing with the sky reflected in the water - brilliant!

Aight, I did it!
I did have the birdhouse and the wake enlarged to 11x14 and framed.

When I signed the release I was relieved: I was not presumptuous by contributing 2 pictures! :)

Now, I still got one day....

Should I get this one done, too?

Thanks.
The Lady at Walmart stopped for a second when it pulled up on the screen. :)

It looks pretty good in a black frame.

(right now I am hunting my paper cutter because I had 2 more made, and the one frame is about 2 mm to small on one side...Life hates me....)

Well, I DID find the paper cutter and put it to work.

Now, do I bring the last picture to the library?

Update:

I dragged my buttocks to the library today to see the exhibition.
As expected the turnout was about average.
(I just busted into the tail end of a function, too :D I could have grabbed a few bites off the buffet, I don't think anybody would have noticed)

So I look around to see my pictures.
Near the door is the picture of the band. Nicely titled 'The Band' with my name next to it. :)
Then I look around and I noticed that the ribbons had already been awarded. The winning picture was a black and white picture of a kid. So I look around for the other winners.
And there I spot the 3rd place winner. A smallish picture, place between two large ones.
Then I look closer.
Can it be?
Could it really?

Yes, indeed!
My wave won 3rd!

So thank you Suke! I would have probably not submitted it if not for your praise of it!
