I’m a big fan of Arnold Schwann…Shwort….Shweezeoog…..of Arnie. My admiration for him has only increase by the inception of his new, free newsletter called ‘Arnold’s Pump Club’ which he subtitles, ‘The positive corner of the Internet’.
On subscription, every week day you’ll receive an email with a few interesting and informative pieces of research pertaining to health, training and mental well-being etc. His team give you a bite size synopsis and a link to the original source material for one’s critical appraisal should you be so inclined. It’s diverse, it’s informative and often useful. Nothing is being sold or advertised (well, other than is upcoming book in an extremely small box at the bottom of the email!) and unsubscribing is made very easy should you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
