That was a great interview. I'm impressed with him, and his approach to what he does.

He is impressive to be doing even that regimen of training every day for a 48 yr. old. It also confirms my belief that ice and stretching are better for my knees and muscles too. I used to get into the hot tub after a hard workout and then could barely move the next day - not the way to go. TW
