James Wilks is in a unique position in the Jeet Kune Do world, as he is one of only a handful of MMA fighters who has roots in JKD. I think everyone will enjoy hearing James’ story from how he grew up in England, made it to the US, trained with some incredible JKD instructors, and then made it on to the Ultimate Fighter TV show.
