So my first season of ninpo has come to a close. It went remarkably fast. Class was outside in July, and August is a time of rest before the new season. Well... when I say rest, I mean that there are no classes. I just keep on training.
For my good progress so far I have to thank my sensei. We would regularly meet up outside the normal class schedule and practise together. That really did wonders for my understanding, since every mistake got quickly pointed out to me. I still make lots of mistakes, but no so big or so many as in the beginning anymore
Last weeks I have been working on my notes. I have learned a lot, and now is an excellent time to write it down. I don't write everything down the second I learn something new, because then I also write down my errors and misunderstandings. Instead, I practise at home, then show my sensei, correct where necessary, etc. Then, when I have suficient understanding to avoid gross errors, I write it down so that is what I am doing now.
Already looking forward to next season.
