Ok. Gi is getting a bit tight again. Figured I might as well use this blog thing as a fitness diary - the fact it's able to be viewed by others should help motivate the ego-driven part of me to move his fat, lazy backside and get some things done.

So today's expectations before I hit the sack tonight are:

20 x pressups (3 sets)
20 x tricep dips (3 sets)

60 x touch-toes situps (3 sets)
60 x lower-ab exercise where you pump your legs from a sitting position (not sure what they call those!)

20 x weighted squats (3 sets, decreasing weight).

and solo training basics for MA training.

Will post back to say whether I achieved or failed!
