who are these guys?

i have a book with peter king and keith libahan doing techniques. are these guys any good? what can you tell me about them?

Mr. King and Mr. Labihan were both already ranked in the Bujinkan when I rode the train with Mr. Labihan to Leeds in June 1984 to take part in the first public seminars held by then Shidoshi Steven Hayes. They have been involved with the Bujinkan for at least that long.
