Weighted Vest?

yes I have a five to fifty pound vest. It is worth the money. I where it while I do my form and work out ( kicks punches on the heavy bag sit ups and lunges) I also and run up and down our local sleding hill with it on.

I have not seen quality ones in stores . The one I have is built to last. Spend the money you wont be disapointed.

some friends of mine actualy go jogging in Plate Mail. its about 75 pounds. I thought they were joking until when I picked up reggular jogging my self, and kept running into them in full suit..

I think the vest seems a bit more resonable.
