US Open competition and judging

Hello all,
Anyone have any experience and/or advice on the US Open tournament held in Orlando? While several of my students have gone and competed there over the years, I've never been myself. This year I am going over and working as a judge. While I have judged and run rings in many tournaments over the years, never at a tournament of this size.

Any pointers or stories to share?

Did you get to go? I've both competed and judged the US open but haven't been able to go for several years.
