All the barbecue has been eaten, mostly by the Yahoo! staff along with Paul Buentello. Our choice was the Blues City Grill while the Octagon chicks, Logan Stanton and Natasha Wicks (pictured), chose B.B. King's.

Now it's time for the fights at UFC 107. The first bout hits the Octagon in Memphis around 6:50 p.m. ET. We're seated cageside and will have all the results from the undercard plus any breaking news as the pay-per-view card approaches.

It's sounds like it's going to be a very solid crowd, according to the Memphis Commercial Appeal ticket sales are going well:

Q: More than 12,000 tickets have been sold, and I know the people at FedExForum want you to come back. What do you want to see at the event to ensure that you will, in fact, return for more events?

A: It's already done. It's already been done. We did great here, we've sold a ton of tickets. This is a market we'll come back to.

That number is a bit surprising without native Memphian, Quinton Jackson, on the card. Memphis is struggling with the rough economy. Last night, it appeared less than 10,000 showed up for the Memphis Grizzlies-Oklahoma City Thunder NBA game.
