1. Lose the fat weight & replace it with muscle
2. Exercise more.
3. Get to where I need to be in TKD(so I can have private lessons again.)
4. Get a job.
To not be so irritated by the small bumps and ripples in the road of life - it's mostly not important and you can lose the joy of living if you get boiling mad at every little thing that is not perfect.
I have made a lot of resolutions in my life and about 15 years ago I made the only one I have ever kept and that was to make no more New Year’s Resolutions and I have successfully kept it another year
With every passing year I take things less seriously. Historically, in my little world, my resolutions have been to help myself, or, to amuse myself. This year I think I'll opt for the latter.
