Sound from Video

I downloaded a short vid clip of a Chris Rock concert (hilarious), what I want to do is to get the sound off of the vid and then burn it on to a CD.
Sooo, how to?

I do believe virtualdub can seperate a soundstream from a video for you, and the good news is it's free

If it's just a short clip, play it with Windows Sound Recorder set to record. Then convert the raw wav to mp3.
