As mentioned in my previous thread, I am now head instructor, co-owner, and co-manager of our gym.
The existing billing company, ASF, has been a nightmare to deal with. They’re nearly impossible to get hold of. Sometimes we have to wait on hold for hours. Sometimes their phones don’t even ring.
If anyone has a membership billing company that you have worked with that you are happy with and provides good quality, responsive service, please post your recommendations.
