This thread is for people to post their favorite recipes for cooking/preparing PORK. If possible I would like it to have little small talk and really be a recipe thread. You can always post such things as " I use XYZ instead of ABC" or I prefer to simmer with ABD before adding XYZ"

I think we need to create a "Shadowchaser's Cooking Forum" here if this keeps up... :D
As a bachelor I tend to come up with lots of different (simple) little dishes to satisfy my palate.
One of my favorite pork recipies is taking pork meat that is prepared for stir-fry and use a couple of tablespoons of real butter, a sprinkling of seasoning salt (to individual taste), some soy or worchestershire sauce (approx 1-1/2 tablespoons) and brown those suckers til they're fully cooked (as with all pork products).
Put them on a bed of (drained) pork-flavored ramen noodles (I prefer Top Ramen brand myself). Top it all off with shredded cheddar cheese.

Kick back and enjoy the DVD.
