So I have a PDA phone and I started looking at various software for keeping track of my workouts and what not.
Does anyone else use this type of software? There were so many I just couldn't figure out which one to get if any.
My primary goal is to just keep track and get suggestions about my workout. I didn't find any that were geared to the martial artist a lot of strength training ones tho.
