Fellow Martial Artists,
On the Mat: Topic 11 has been posted on the UPK Website. This week we cover a topic recommended by my new friend and brother in the Arts, Mr. Kim Dahl of Denmark.
For the last ten days, I have had the honor and privilage to train and exchange ideas with Mr. Dahl here in Pittsburgh. What amazes me is that our love for the Kenpo system creates an almost immediate friendship and I am grateful for that.
I would like to thank Mr. Dahl for visiting and I hope all of you enjoy topic eleven. Good journey!
