Here is a thought. I injured my back and went to get some cups done.
Here is what the herbalist told me. He said that fall/winter is the time, when allot of injuries, back especially are misunderstood. According to him, wind and moisture make the lower back structure and energy more suspectable to trauma that other times.
Anyone heard of this?

While I enjoy the study of Asian medicine, I don't necessarily agree with all of it, preferring to take both the Eastern and Western approaches.

Fall / winter = colder weather.

If my guess is correct, it might be a bit more difficult for the muscles to loosen up in colder weather. If a muscle isn't warmed up properly, there's always the possibility of a strain, etc.
