Im Vinny and I'm from Ireland.
I have been training in Shotokan Karate for the past 6-7 years. I hope to hear what people are doing and what their ideas are in other arts. Also would be nice to hear if there are some events/seminars happening.
I am interested in the Chinese arts because I am Chinese. Parents are from Hong Kong so there was some contact in the Bak Mei/Lung Ying side of things. Once upon the time people in previous generations of my family would have know the basic Lee-ka/family Sup Gee Kuen form and maybe use it for self defense.
But to be frank, I have little learning or contact with kung fu, so please enlighten this grasshopper
