Next sunday I will impart a minicourse of self defense, I will teach some basic concepts and some techs to a group of young people in the dojo where my friend Daniel teach Budo Tai Jutsu. I am a little exited because this is my firsth time in such a thing.
The course will start with a brief lecture and pointing out some aspects such as: sorroundings, alert codes,avoidance, etc,etc. Then we will proced to a light warmp up and do the techs.
Wish me luck, if I do it well maybe I can go on with something much wider.
