Wow- this sounds pretty neat. My father-in-law could benefit from something like this- he is partially paralyzed. I don't understand how they figure stuff like this out- very interesting.

I wonder if they can implant the transmitter in my head and the reciever in my wife's head? That would be something I'd pay for.:D

Yes. They can. Sort of.

I have to dig up the article, but I saw them doing this with a Human (the mechanical arm thing) on the discovery channel 6-10 months ago... I found the article online and read it, the guy also claimed to have implanted his wife and they could "communicate" Via the interface somehow.

Ill post the article if I can find it again.
