A nice littel article. I know for me, MA was my original form of fitness...btu a funnything happened. As the demands of my art grew, I turned more and more to "traditional" conditioning to keep up. Now, I do as much conditioning as I do MA training (I consider it all training) and feel that much better for it. I'm in better shape now in my late 30's than I was in my early twenties.

I wouldn't have been able to stick with "traditional" fitness if it weren't for the fact that it served a higher puprose (improved MA performance.)
