I know this is would be asking for a lot but could someone that knows long 8 put it on members in motion or write it out? I finally got Long 7 down and I ran out of time at home to learn long 8.

THis would be greatly appreciated and very cool.

I would always suggest that you should learn anything like this directly from your instructor. Trying to learn it from someone else's notes or video is not a good idea. You might get the gross movements down, but unlikely to really understand it and develop it well.

I agree with Flying Crane, don't get in too big a hurry. If you are referring to the Parker form 8 (knife set) then your instructor migth have a good reason, not the elast of which its not always a good idea to be spinning big kinves around unsupervised. However, if you are determined to learn something about the form I would suggest going on to Larry Tatum's website. He has a form 8 DVd, plus an applications DVD that are high quality.
